關於我 About Me

我是國立臺東大學全校不分系學士學位學程助理教授，學術訓練來自人文地理學，曾於與德國Tübingen University與愛爾蘭National University Maynooth求學與研究。

我的研究與實踐工作橫跨社區永續發展、社會創新、原住民族治理、能源轉型及跨領域合作。我相信許多重要的知識並非只來自書本與理論，而是在真實世界的問題中，透過與社區、學生、政府、企業及不同專業領域共同合作而逐漸形成。

近年來，我持續投入偏鄉醫療可近性、循環經濟、公民能源、地熱治理及社區韌性等議題，希望透過研究與實踐的結合，探索大學如何回應地方需求，並與社區共同創造更永續的未來。

I am an Assistant Professor at Interdisciplinary Bachelor’s Program, National Taitung University with a background in Human Geography and research experience in Tübingen University, Germany and National University of Ireland, Maynooth.

My work focuses on community sustainability, social innovation, Indigenous governance, energy transition, and interdisciplinary collaboration. I am interested in how knowledge emerges from real-world challenges and how universities can work together with communities and diverse stakeholders to create meaningful and sustainable change.

學生透過跨領域合作，從設計、施工到測試，完成校園雨水收集系統建置。這項專案展現不分系學生如何透過實作回應永續發展挑戰。

學生實地參訪嘉蘭防災社區與紅葉地熱電廠，認識氣候韌性、社區治理、再生能源及地方永續發展等議題，透過場域學習連結課堂知識與真實世界挑戰。

國科會專題研究計畫（2024–2025）

《原住民族地區地熱能源之空間政治研究：比較金崙、紅葉（臺灣）與 Waikato（紐西蘭）》

探討原住民族如何參與能源治理，以及地熱開發中的社區參與、制度設計與地方發展。

• 社區健康創新 Community Health Innovation

與資工系教師協同南迴協會共同開發智慧醫療車預約APP，改善偏鄉居民非緊急醫療接送服務，並探索大學與社區協作的社會創新模式。

• 社區韌性與地方創生 Community Resilience & Local Revitalization

透過韌性評估工作坊、社區參與及地方合作，協助社區思考面對氣候變遷、高齡化及人口流失等挑戰的可能方向。

• 公民能源與能源轉型 Citizen Energy & Energy Transition

推動公民電廠及社區能源參與模式，探索地方如何透過再生能源參與能源治理與永續發展。

研究軌跡 Research Trajectory

我的研究起點是宗教、國家治理與地緣政治研究，近年逐漸轉向社區永續發展、社會創新與參與式治理。

大學如何不只是研究社會，而能與社會共同創造知識？

從偏鄉醫療APP、社區韌性、公民電廠到原住民族地熱治理，我的研究與實踐工作皆圍繞著這個核心問題展開。

My research journey began with religion, governance, and critical geopolitics. Over time, my interests evolved toward community sustainability, social innovation, and participatory governance.

How can universities move beyond studying society and instead co-create knowledge with society?

My projects on rural healthcare, community resilience, citizen energy initiatives, and Indigenous geothermal governance are all different approaches to exploring this question.
